1. Check-in

• Entry code: given by Versant Charlevoix. This code allows you to open the main door and to activate and deactivate the alarm system.
• Open the BLUE water tap, above the water heater (in the locker under the stairs, first door on the right in the basement)

2. Check-out

• Close the water tap
• Lock all doors
• Activate the alarm system

3. Amenities included (booklets and instruction manuals are in the second drawer of the kitchen island)

• Six blankets and pillowcases. They are in the secondary bedroom’s wardrobe, first floor

• The thermostats are set at 20 ºC. Do not change the settings (tab 8 of the owner’s manual)

Instructions:

• Handle the doors with oven mitts on
• Open the hatch (back of the top grill) before starting the fire
• Handle on the left = hatch open, handle on the right = hatch closed
• The ventilation system is automated. Do not change the settings.
• An adult (25 years old minimum) must be present at all times when the fireplace is being used.

9. NAD sound system in the living room(tab 2 of the owner’s manual)

• Start by pressing on the red touch-sensor button (on black background, under the device).
• Once on, the button will change from red to white.
• Establish connection by pressing on the “S” touch-sensor button (on top of the device).
• Press on the button until the BT light appears at the front on the device.
• Select Bluetooth # d3020bt 012cd5
• Connect your device and you are good to go.

Note: Use the stove fan at all times when cooking.

• The alarm clocks are equipped with a Bluetooth receiver. Refer to the manual.
